We want you to feel magical in your new attire, but if your garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still possess its original enchantments and tags.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label sent to your inbox and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Dispatch and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our scribes verify the contents, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
